罐头鲍鱼花椰菜 Canned Abalone with Broccoli
家里挖到一罐人家送的罐头鲍鱼,不晓得摆在那多久了,
就顺手做了一道罐头鲍鱼花椰菜。
选择搭配花椰菜是因为我印象中在哪儿吃过这样的组合。
非常地简单且不需要其他调味料的一道料理。
新年即近,也很适合当做新年菜哦!
准备食材 Ingredient :
罐头鲍鱼 1 罐
蒜头 2 瓣
花椰菜 1 大颗
Canned abalone 1 can
Garlic 2 cloves
Broccoli 1
步骤 Steps :

1. 将蒜头切末
Mince the garlic
2. 去掉花椰菜茎部底部表层 剩下的茎部切小块
然后将花椰菜切段 或是用手剥成小朵
加盐泡水 浸泡约10分钟
Remove the bottom part of stem Cut the remaining stem into small pieces
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets Or just with bare hands
Put a little salt and add water Soak the broccoli for
10 mins
3. 将鲍鱼与鲍鱼汁分开
Separate abalone from abalone juice
4. 鲍鱼一部分切片 一部分不切保持完整
Cut some of the abalone into slices
5. 花椰菜去水
Lift broccoli out of the water
6. 煮开水(可以盖过花椰菜的量)
水沸后, 转中火放入花椰菜烫约2分钟
2分钟后捞起 备用
Bring water to boil (as long as over the broccoli)
Turn to medium heat and put broccoli in it for 2 mins
Drain it and put aside after 2 mins
7. 热锅后倒油。油热开后, 爆香蒜米
Heat the pan before adding oil
Ensure the oil is hot enough then put in minced garlic
8. 倒入鲍鱼汁
Pour abalone juice
如果是其他的罐头鲍鱼建议一开始不要全倒完,大概先倒1/4弄热试味道,太咸就加点 水。我前几天试了另一罐的汤汁偏咸。
If use other canned abalone, recommend not to pour it all at the beginning,
cook about ¼ of the
soup and taste it first, if too salty then add some water.
Few days ago I tried another canned
abalone and it’s too salty~
9. 最后加入鲍鱼。大约煮了一分钟后 起锅
Finally, add the abalone. Cook around 1 min
10. 把花椰菜摆成一圈在底
Decorate the dish by putting the broccoli in a circle at
bottom
11. 鲍鱼放在上面 再倒入热腾腾的鲍鱼汁
Abalone at top. And pour the abalone juice on it
